Michael Banks, President
Michael Banks is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Form
10 Group. Michael leads the daily activities of the company and its employees
in the accomplishment of all company goals.
Michael has a breadth of expertise
in sales, management, business process consulting, international business
and logistics. He was previously the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of a Munich based high-tech product
distributor. He oversaw the start up of the company. The company’s first year
sales exceeded €5 million almost doubling initial forecasts. Michael has
8 years of direct sales experience selling to large companies and organizations
including Federal, State and County Governments. He also served as
the Global Supply Director for a company in the semiconductor materials industry.
Michael is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He was honorably discharged
after serving as a Munitions Officer in the United States and Europe.
He holds a BS Degree from the United States Air Force Academy and
an M.B.A. from the Katz Graduate School of Business. He completed his
Masters Program while attending the Czech Management Center in Prague.
Eric Anderson,
Managing Director
Eric Anderson is the Managing Director and Corporate
Secretary of Form 10 Group. His responsibilities include heading new sales
and marketing initiatives, managing customer service activities, process
development and documentation. He distinguished himself as a Financial Consultant
with a major Wall Street firm in the Puget Sound region. He graduated early
in the top segment of a high potential training program while earning annual
recognition for new account openings and assets under management.
He
migrated from the financial services sector to the high tech world,
serving in sales management for a global distribution company within the
semiconductor industry. Within two years he was responsible for the supervision
of a team which handled more than half of the company’s accounts. While in
this capacity he maintained direct management of key customers who
performed research on new planarization techniques for advanced microprocessors.
Eric served for seven years as an officer in the United States Air Force.
As an intelligence analyst he presented briefings to senior military
officers, DoD civilians, and visiting dignitaries. He is a graduate of the
United States Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from Chaminade University
in Honolulu. |
