Form 10 Group Help Desk Services has been supporting private sector and government customers in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Washington and Oregon since 2005.  Handling between 700-1000 tickets monthly with greater than 99% resolution status, we have refused to participate in the decades-old industry trend to offshore these jobs.

Our Help Desk support professionals are both experienced and are subject matter experts, enabling them tackle and resolve Tier I,2 &3 equipment uptime support and user training support requests.

We routinely interface with multiple help desk software platforms on a daily basis, to include: HP Service Manager, FieldAware, Zen Desk and Service Now.

Training Services

Form 10 specializes in offering a variety of training and enablement options for clients in the public and private sectors.  Rapid changes on the workplace have created training needs for the previously were non-existent.  Using a variety of delivery channels and tailoring a program that matches the goals of the customer, we have successfully trained thousands of users in a broad range of applications from work flows and processes to new systems adoption, to policy and compliance.

We start our training strategies by looking at the end – the expected outcome.  Nearly every organization shares the common goals of high early user adoption rates, user satisfaction, logical user interfaces, and online and in-person help.
