Form 10 Group Receives 96 Rating from Dun & Bradstreet
Tampa, Florida, February 24, 2015— Form 10 Group receives a 96 overall customer satisfaction rating as determined by an independent survey group.
Dun & Bradstreet conducted an audit of Form 10’s customer satisfaction using the Open Ratings Past Performance Evaluation model. The analytics convert raw survey data into performance ratings which also take into account the standing of the company against its industry peers.
All customers surveyed rated Form 10 Group a 9 or better on the 10 point rating scale in nine categories performance was assessed.
