Form 10 Group, Inc has received high praise for their support of the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (DHSMV) by achieving the first ever perfect score by any vendor for Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements. The DHSMV team was pleased to review the over 450 incidents that Form 10 responded to in July and found that every one of the tickets passed their SLA specifications.
Form 10 Group is responsible for maintaining over 24,000 pieces of equipment in 350 offices around the state of Florida for the DHSMV. The offices span two time zones and are located in every county of the state. The types of items maintained include enterprise class Dell servers, workstations and monitors. Additionally, almost 6,000 Lexmark printers make up the mix of equipment that is maintained. The SLA requirements include a 4-hour critical response time to restore service when a site is down.
